Excellent!! Communication was very easy. Gerry was helpful and kind in setting up our itinerary. Our driver Giorgio was friendly, professional, and even offered to stop at a lookout point to take our picture. The day went so smoothly thanks to Sorrento First. Il nostro autista è stato fantastico, rapido e molto istruttivo. Conosceva bene l'inglese ed era molto comunicativo con la nostra guida turistica. Anche la nostra guida turistica, Sascha, era così brava. Non solo lui fa i tour di Pompei da molto tempo, ma anche suo padre lo faceva. Sono così felice di aver fatto il tour perché non c'era modo di apprezzare realmente i piccoli dettagli che ha sottolineato ed è in grado di farti vedere come era la città di Pompei e la vita delle persone lì. Saremmo stati persi. 5/5 stelle. Non esitate a prenotare. Ne è valsa totalmente la pena.

5 stars all the way! Simply the best Car Service and Tour Service out there anywhere. We have used Sorrento First several times during different trips and have recommended them to friends who raved about them as well. So easy to communicate with Gerry and he is super responsive. Very professional. Very punctual. Very Safe. Very informative and FUN!!! Would highly recommend! Can't wait to use them again when we return.

Sorrento First was wonderful to communicate with us prior to our trip and even better during our visit to Italy. Stephanie picked us up at our hotel and took us on 2 tours -- day 1 was Vesuvius, Heculaneum and Pompeii, day 2 was a tour of the Amalfi coast. She was on time, a great driver and so much fun she became a friend. She deserves more than 5 stars.

We are extremely happy with Sorrento First Choice service from initial contact to the end of the trip. I emailed Gerry regarding renting a car with the driver for a trip from Naples to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi Coast and a trip from Naples to Baia. Gerry responded promptly with details itinerary and reasonable rate. Stephanie picked us up from our accommodation on time. She’s not only a very skillful driver with pleasant personality, she’s very knowledgeable about Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi areas. We learnt so much about the areas from here and totally enjoyed our 9 hours drive with her. On our next trip, Gerry drove us to Baia, Flavian amphitheater, Rione Terre, etc. He’s also a very good driver, kind and respectful. He surely knows the area well. Both cars are very clean and new. Both Stephanie and Gerry had their mask on inside the car. We will not hesitant to reach out to Sorrento First Choice again if we ever visit Naples and highly recommend Sorrento First Choice.

We had this tour booked by our agent prior to leaving home. Gerry and Stefania are so amazing I have now booked my own tours with them directly. Gerry arrived on time and gave us alot of information along our drive, and we stopped for photo opportunities often. He gave us as much time as we needed in each place and then picked us up. It was a very personalised and luxurious tour. This is a family owned business and they are all amazing.

The family is amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Stephanie and her son picked us up 3 different times we were there, once for a tour of the Amalfi coast and also transportation back and forth to train station. Such nice people!!!

Used Gerry's company to get from our hotel in Positano to the Naples train station with a 2 hour stop in Pompeii. We usually would have been worried about leaving our bags with someone but we felt our belongings were very safe and the vehicle was super clean and well air conditioned too. Our driver Giorgio (Gerry's son) arrived exactly on time, made sure we felt okay on the winding roads of the Amalfi coast, and arranged for us to get a private tour guide at Pompeii (Sasha- who was also great!) and got us to the train station with plenty of time for our train. Will definitely be using them again the next time we are back!

Amazing service, clear communication, great information shared and clean vehicles. Highly recommend! I emailed Sorrento First Choice with a variety of needs, and they replied back very quickly. Prior to arriving in Italy, I received further communication and checking on airport pickup details. Gerry was very personable, supportive and an excellent driver. We did two pickups/drop offs and 2 tours. Everything was top notch.
